- Warranty inspection and service is arranged through and approved by QWIN Support.
- If you think you may require warranty service, please contact the QWIN Support by submitting a support request.
- US warranty services will be provided paid shipping labels. Device must be returned in order for warranty service to be provided.
- Warranty services are given priority and will be processed within 4 business days upon receipt of device by the QWIN Support team.
- Please note: QWIN is not responsible for lost packages if your package is not scanned by USPS with the label we provide.
QWIN Warranty Details
1 Year Limited Warranty Information
QWIN warrants the QWIN Module (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, QWIN will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party seller such as eBay and Craigslist.
The QWIN 1 Year Limited Warranty may be limited in specific countries, please inquire for more information.
Exclusions and Limitations
The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by QWIN that can be identified by the QWIN trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized QWIN distributor.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-QWIN products.
This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by QWIN; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic (e) Damage to the device (1) attributable to accessories or attachments not authorized or recommended by QWIN or (2) attributable to accessories or attachments authorized or recommended by QWIN but where usage thereof was outside of normal or recommended use; (f) Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured or is not genuine; and (g) Damage caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party seller such as eBay and Craigslist. Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty.
In no event shall QWIN be liable for monetary damages or other losses arising from any device defect or failure, including, but not limited to, for any loss of use, time or for any inconvenience or for any incidental or consequential damages.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES AND/OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
QWIN neither makes or assumes and does not authorize any other person, including any QWIN authorized retailer, to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices other than as covered by this Limited Warranty.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and return policy (read more here). If you wish to return a product that you've purchased that you are not satisfied with, you may do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
If free shipping was offered and chosen for your order, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your refund.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA requests. Please note to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit.
If the product is returned and cannot be restocked due to shipping damage and/or user as deemed by a returns processing specialist, then a minimum 50% processing and replacement fee (actual fee will vary depending on the condition of return) will be deducted from your store credit/refund. There will be no refunds made for products that have been opened or used.
While we strive to provide exceptional support to all customers and will help to make the return process as painless and easy as possible, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

QWIN advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers as the quality, reliability, and safety of these products is uncertain and in some cases, may expose the user to serious dangers not encountered with genuine QWIN products.
QWIN has deployed a devoted team to actively pursue and investigate unauthorized resellers and counterfeiters in an effort to protect customers and business partners. By finding counterfeiters and taking legal action against them, we believe we're doing our part since many people do not understand the global ramifications of counterfeiting or the cycle of abuse they are supporting when purchasing counterfeit goods.
While QWIN would like to help the victims of counterfeiting we’re not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from QWIN, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds.
