As we have been researching this issue, we have identified it is most likely a factory defect from our hardware supplier. If this sounds like you, don’t worry! Here are a few tips you can try with clogged cartridges:
If the cartridge is stored in a place that gets too cold, the concentrate can change viscosity, making it difficult to heat up again. You can put the cartridge in a sealed plastic bag and leave it in a warm cup of water for a few minutes. Careful though, don’t let the water touch your device.
Other methods that we’ve found helpful are using a hairdryer (keep it at the lowest heat setting) or rubbing the cartridge between your hands to heat up the concentrate. You can also try inserting a toothpick to gently de-clog the concentrate. Finally, try gently blowing into the cartridge to prime it before threading it back into your battery.
