Here are a few tips you can try with clogged cartridges:

If the cartridge is stored in a place that gets too cold, the concentrate can change viscosity, making it difficult to heat up again. You can put the cartridge in a sealed plastic bag and leave it in a warm cup of water for a few minutes. Careful though, don’t let the water touch your device.

Other methods that we’ve found helpful are using a hairdryer (keep it at the lowest heat setting) or rubbing the cartridge between your hands to heat up the concentrate. You can also try inserting a toothpick to gently de-clog the concentrate. Finally, try gently blowing into the cartridge to prime it before threading it back into your battery.

If the above tips haven’t fixed the issue, don’t hesitate to message us. We’re happy to help resolve any issues or offer an alternative option if the product is defective.
